This Privacy Policy describes how Bone Fide Pilates collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Pilates Simplified.
Information we collect. When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. You may also choose to add a name, bio, and profile picture. We store the routines you save and the order you set them in. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide.
How we use your information. We use your information to provide and personalize the app, maintain your account, respond to your messages, and improve the service.
How we store and share your information. Your data is stored securely in the Lovable Cloud backend. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only with service providers necessary to operate the app, or when required by law.
Security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices. You can contact us at any time to update your account information or request deletion of your account.
Terms of Service
By using Pilates Simplified, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app. Pilates Simplified is for personal use only. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the app or its content.
Your account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the app.
Content and ownership. All app content, including illustrations, routines, and text, is owned by Bone Fide Pilates. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
Medical disclaimer. Pilates Simplified is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may occur.
Disclaimer of warranties. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bone Fide Pilates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Pilates Simplified is a digital product. Because access is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
